Job description
RSM MBA Career Centre enables students to be agents of positive change by being their guide towards an impactful career. The RSM CC department consists of three teams, who focus on: BSc/MSc Career Services, MBA Career Services, and Leadership Coaching.

You are responsible for the acquisition of companies to work with the MBA programme on various consultancy projects and events. You are continuously expanding our network of companies for the benefit of our MBA students. You enjoy networking, collaborating and connecting RSM students.

Your daily activities and responsibilities include:
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers Alumni, Staff and faculty, current students, and student associations. Manage the Client Relationship Management system to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Business Development: Acquisition for the student annual consultancy projects (Living Management project). Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective talent attraction plans.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and organise a variety of events and activities with Employers, Alumni, and students, including recruitment events, career fairs, networking events, online events, company visits, company presentations, and workshops. Moderate events, inviting key speakers on topics such as Sustainability, Supply Chain, Consulting, etc.
  • Marketing: Promote and brand events to both internal and external stakeholders to maximise participation and engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need to have the following knowledge, expertise or skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications may be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in employer engagement, talent attraction, or employer branding roles.
  • Strong background in developing and implementing successful employer branding strategies.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and other relevant partners.
  • In-depth understanding of current trends and best practices in employer branding and talent attraction.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment marketing channels, including social media, job boards, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English at CEFR C1 level.
  • Proficiency in Dutch at CEFR B2 level.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box in designing engaging employer branding campaigns.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven approach to measure and analyze the effectiveness of talent attraction strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the dynamic nature of talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Willingness to travel if required for events, meetings, or other engagement activities.
