The Executive Education team is seeking a Student Assistant to support its marketing team in the execution of marketing, communication and promotional activities. This also includes CRM activities using Microsoft Dynamics 365.  

Job description
The aim of the job is to offer efficient and effective support various (online) marketing and CRM related tasks, like: 

• Website editing, maintaining and creating new pages
• Editing (partner) data sources 
• Visual and content creation with Canva
• Data collection for creating market or competitor analyses
• Maintaining the data quality and managing data activities 
• Processing of programme registrations 
• Creating and publication of lead and registration forms

This job requires some independence. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely together with the marketing officers, sales and programme management team.

• Bachelor or Master level 
• Fluent in English 
• Affinity with marketing 
• Knowledge of Canva, or other design tools is a plus 
• Structured way of working 
• Able to work without supervision 
• Hands-on, flexible with a focus on renewal and improvement 
• Available for 16 – 20 hours per week
