Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) seeks candidates for a full professorship to stimulate the emergence and growth of productive connections between the school and the business community.

We are particularly looking for candidates that will strengthen our executive education programme portfolio in the fields of women in organisations, leadership development, supply chain management, and digital business.
Requirements
Successful candidates must have proven academic capabilities and demonstrated passion to connect with business, show eagerness to expand their professional profile and to innovate the field. They should also have a broad national and international network, and must be able to provide strong and committed leadership in the advancement of our corporate education portfolio.
To be considered for a position as a professor at RSM, you must have:
a PhD or equivalent in a field of business and management
an entrepreneurial or innovative mindset
the ability to create new business and turnover within the executive education market
evidence of excellence in research, with an appropriate publication record
proven ability to teach in the education and development of executive audiences
demonstrated ability and record of effective and impactful co-creations with academia, industry, societal partners and others
experience in a global business context.
Fixed-term contract: Temporary, 5 Years.
Employment conditions
Professors are appointed on a temporary basis for a maximum of five years. Applications for full-time and part-time (at least 0.6 FTE) positions are welcomed.
The conditions of employment correspond with the collective labour agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU). The salary will be in accordance with university regulations for academic personnel, and depending on experience, range from a minimum of € 5,334 up to a maximum of € 9,375,- gross per month based on a full-time contract of 38 hours. Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) has attractive employment conditions, including a holiday allowance of 8 per cent, an end-of-year bonus of 8.3 per cent, and a considerate amount of vacation days.
