TIAS believes business exists to serve society and can help to solve global societal challenges. The idea behind this vision is that business is no longer detached from the broader issues of society and can no longer act as isolated economic entities. At TIAS, the concept of Creating Shared Value is integrated in all research and education. Long-term business strategies, new sustainable business models, stakeholder engagement and innovation play an important role in all its curricula.

The Dean and Director will define the strategic agenda of the School, including roadmaps to support digital business transformation and international market strategy.
