Maastro has five research divisions: Clinical Data Science, Physics Research, Clinical Research, Lab, and Innovation Research. The division of Innovation Research, led by Prof. dr. Maria Jacobs, conducts research into how the implementation of innovations in healthcare, and more specifically radiotherapy, can be improved and accelerated.
In this position you will work in the Innovation Research division and conduct research to the best project management method for the successful implementation of innovation projects in a radiotherapy setting. There are many different methods for project management, such as PRINCE-2 and AGILE/SCRUM. With your research you will answer the following research questions using literature studies but also research in practice:
With your research, you will generate knowledge to help healthcare institutions implement innovations more successfully and quickly. You will publish your research results in peer reviewed scientific journals. A supervisory team is available to guide you and your research.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive candidate with either a completed relevant Master's degree and experience in conducting scientific research, or a PhD in the field of Health Sciences, Business Administration or similar.
