Find candidates

Find the best 20 matching candidate profiles in the AcademicTransfer profile database, based on a number of search fields. Over 5000 candidates register annually on AcademicTransfer, and look forward to be found by potential employers.

This tool is a Proof of Concept (PoC), and new features will be made after the AcademicTransfer members commit to development of this tool in December 2021. We would like to invite you to share your ideas with Audrey Peters, projectmanager, peters@academictransfer.nl.

On this PoC version, known limitations are:

• there is an AND function between all fields, there is no OR - boolean operators can not be used
• not all fields have multi-selection criteria; if there is multi selection within a field, this is always an OR function
• only the 20 best matches are shown

Although the 'Find candidates' function is a PoC, the candidates are real! So feel free to contact any matches!
